GORDON
Born on October 3, 1946. Grew up in Hammonton, New Jersey.  Served 2 years in the U.S. Army (1966-1968) Graduated from Atlantic Community College in 1971. Saved by God's grace in January 1973. Attended Florida Bible College and graduated from New Tribes Bible Institute in May of 1980. Married Pat in May of 1974.
 
PAT
Born on December 21, 1950. Grew up in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
Graduated from Camden Community College in 1971. Saved in December 1972. Attended Florida Bible College and graduated from New Tribes Bible Institute in May of 1980.
 
THE BENNETT’S MINISTRY EXPERIENCE
1976-68 – Pastored at Garden Lake Bible Church, Lindenwold, NJ.
1982-84 – Went to Chihuahua Mexico to study language and teach at the New Tribes Mission school for missionary children.  Gordon taught science, mathematics and Bible.  Pat was the executive secretary to the school principal.
1984-86 – Lived amongst the Pima Indians in Sonora, Mexico to learn their language and culture in order to begin evangelism and church planting. Left this work due to illness in the summer of 1986.
1987 – present – Working in Jackson, Michigan at the New Tribes Bible Institute (NTBI) for the past 25 years.  Gordon has served as Dean of Men, Dean of Married Students and Dean of Students for 15 years.  He is also a faculty member.  He teaches both Old and New Testament books.  He is also a conference speaker for New Tribes Mission, and a member of the Bible schools leadership team at the Jackson campus.  Pat has worked as an Administrative Secretary, School Hostess, Librarian and is currently working in the school finance office; she also facilitates our home bible studies.
