The Crossing is a ministry to 18-29 year-olds (single and married).
Why is it called The Crossing?
The Crossing symbolizes a passage… like a ship sailing from one port to another. The time of life from 18-29 is a lot like that. It’s a time when you’re not in high school anymore, but you’re not “your parents,” either. You’re crossing over into “real life,” with questions, issues, and responsibilities that come with that passage.
We have two goals:
-first of all, to provide a beacon of spiritual truth - God's Word - to guide the way
-secondly, to provide a community of people “in the same boat”… people who are learning and growing in their relationship with each other and with God
We meet at 7:00 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at the Andersons' house (across the street from the church).
